What are your shipping cost?
SMALL SHIPPING CHARGE on all items shipped first class and priority within the United States. Express Mail or overnight delivery will be an additional fee.

How long will it take you to answer my email?
We will be checking our email all the time during working hours and after working hours to make sure that you receive a timely answer to your question. If you want to call us, please feel free to do so even after hours. We will ask for your name and phone number so that we can call you right back so the phone call is not on you.

Do you insure my package?
It is up to you to purchase insurance on your package. Insurance will be purchase through USPS. We make sure that each and every package is packed professionally. If your item(s) come damaged, please send me a copy of a picture or send the item back and we will refund your money immediately.

What are the charges for me to add insurance:

$50.01-$100.00 = $2.25

$100.01-$200.00 = $2.75

$200.01-$300.00 = $4.70

$300.01-$400.00 = $5.70

$400.01-$500.00 = $6.70

What if something comes broken?
It is your responsibility to purchase insurance on your package. If something is breakable and you receive it broken, and you choose not to pay for insurance, we are not responsible as each and every package will be packed professionally and every precaution will be taken so it arrives to you in perfect condition.

How do you ship?
We used Stamps.com to print our postage for USPS. This way we have a confirmation on all the packages we ship. If you are wondering where your package is? Just email us and we will let you know. Remember:  It's FREE SHIPPING first class and priority within the United States! You will be emailed when your order has been shipped.  Express Mail or overnight delivery will be additional charge.

Wonder if I need my order sooner?
We will gladly ship overnight with USPS or Federal Express at an additional cost. Please email us what you would like to purchase and we will let you know what the cost will be.

Do you ship international?
Yes, Please note that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for your order are separate from shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Lona's Perfect Presents. All packages shipped from Lona's Perfect Presents will include a declaration indicating the contents of what you've purchased, with full value for the order listed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees before ordering.

What type of payment can I make? We use Pay Pal, again to keep our cost down and pass it onto you. We will take a money order, cashier's check and personal check. (All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee). NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not send C.O.D. orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.

How long will it take you to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have confirmation of payment. Pay Pal is very quick in sending confirmation. If you pay with Pay Pal your order will be shipped that day or the following day depending on what time we receive the confirmation.
If paying with personal check, money order or cashier check, your order will be shipped as soon as it clears our bank.

What if I'm unhappy with an item?
Simply email us and let us know and we will gladly replace it, refund it (minus shipping cost). Remember 100% Guarantee!!
